The EOI is intended to identify and empanel suitable NGOs/CBOs capable of implementing HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, treatment-linkage and community outreach interventions for vulnerable and high-risk populations in Dehradun district.

The proposed interventions are aligned with the objectives of the National AIDS & STD Control Programme and focus on community-level prevention, behaviour change, service access, referral linkages and support for vulnerable populations.

Applicants should demonstrate their organisational capacity, community presence and ability to implement programme activities effectively. Relevant experience in health, HIV/AIDS, community development or similar interventions can strengthen the application.
