The Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research & Training Institute (MAHAJYOTI), Government of Maharashtra has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of eligible Government organizations, PSUs, Educational Institutions and PPP Companies to conduct Skill Development Training for OBC, VJNT and SBC youth across Maharashtra.
Selected agencies will deliver Short Term Training (STT), Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP) and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) under NSQF standards.

MAHAJYOTI intends to empanel experienced organizations capable of delivering industry-oriented, NSQF-compliant skill development programmes across Maharashtra.
The objective is to improve employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth belonging to:
Selected agencies may receive work orders based on their infrastructure, experience and district-level capacity.
Empanelled agencies will be responsible for:

Only the following organizations are eligible:
Joint Ventures (JV) and Consortiums are NOT permitted.

| Training Experience | Minimum 500 candidates trained in Maharashtra |
| Placement | Minimum 60% Placement/Self Employment |
| Compliance | Not Blacklisted & No Criminal Cases |
The empanelment follows a Technical Evaluation + Presentation model.
Evaluation includes:
Minimum Qualifying Score: 80%
Shortlisted agencies will present:
Agencies securing 70% marks and successfully completing Due Diligence will be empanelled.
